This policy outlines how your custom NFC card orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by KENIL NFC across India.


1. General Shipping Information

  • Shipping Region: We currently offer shipping services across all serviceable pin codes in India.
  • Shipping Partners (Pan-India): We have partnered with reputed national logistics providers to ensure fast and reliable delivery. Our primary shipping partners include:
  • Delhivery
  • DTDC
  • Blue Dart
  • Shipping Method: The specific courier partner used for your order will be selected based on the delivery location's serviceability, speed, and reliability to ensure timely delivery.

2. Order Processing and Delivery Timelines

Our shipping process involves two main stages: Processing/Production Time and Shipping/Transit Time.

2.1. Order Processing Time (Production)

  • Custom Products: All NFC cards are custom-printed and personalised after your order is placed and the design is finalised.
  • Production Time: Once your payment is confirmed and the final design proof (if applicable) is approved, the order will enter the manufacturing phase. This customisation process typically takes 3-14 Working Days, depending on the order volume and complexity.

2.2. Estimated Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Total Delivery Time: As stated in our Terms & Conditions, the total estimated time for delivery is 5 to 14 working days from the date of payment confirmation/final design approval.
  • Transit Time: Once dispatched from our facility in Jaipur, Rajasthan:
  • Metros & Major Cities: Typically takes 2-5 working days for delivery.
  • Remote & Rural Locations: May take up to 5-10 working days for delivery.
  • Working Days: Our logistics partners operate primarily on Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

2.3. Delays

  • We are committed to meeting the delivery timeline; however, delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, strikes, severe weather, natural calamities, courier company issues, or regional regulatory hold-ups.
  • In case of a significant delay, we will proactively inform you and work with the logistics partner to expedite the delivery.

3. Shipping Costs and Tracking

3.1. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, dimensions of the package, and your delivery pin code.
  • Any promotional offers for Free Shipping will be clearly indicated on the Website and applied at the checkout page.

3.2. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is processed and dispatched, you will receive an automated email and/or SMS notification containing your Tracking Number and a link to the respective courier partner's tracking page.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active and update on the courier's website after dispatch.

4. Address and Delivery Responsibilities

4.1. Accurate Address

  • It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided during checkout is complete and accurate (including apartment numbers, street names, and correct pin code).
  • KENIL NFC is not responsible for non-delivery or delays resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Re-shipping orders due to an incorrect address may incur additional shipping charges payable by the customer.

4.2. Delivery Attempts and Inspection

  • Our courier partners will typically attempt delivery 1 to 3 times. If the package is undeliverable after all attempts, it will be returned to our facility.
  • Please ensure you, or an authorized person, are available to receive the package.
  • Inspection on Delivery: We request that you inspect the package immediately upon receipt. If the package appears visibly damaged, kindly note the damage on the courier's delivery receipt and inform us at hello@kenilglobal.com within 48 hours with photographic evidence.
